Started this about a week ago, and as you can tell it's still in progress. But I'm really close! I'd just figured I'd share before putting the full thing up.
Just like the deviation called "Look Up" I'm going to put barnacles on her neck, and other than that and adding some more shadows and highlights I should be done soon. Oh, and adding more water drops. Does anyone have any advice on how to get the water more realistic looking?
(and I left the ref picture up on purpose, she's the girl from "Look Up" as well)
Used: Photoshop CS5, wacom intuos 3.
